SENIORS: There will be a FSAID/scholarship drop in night, tomorrow from 4-7pm in the OHS library. Come get help with creating your FSAID, which is your electronic signature for FAFSA. FAFSA opens sometime in December.
Winter sports season is coming up. We want anyone who wants to play a winter sport but doesn’t have the proper equipment to rely on the sports closet. Tonight, we are hosting VCC league playoffs (Monroe vs Gold Beach at 5pm and winner of that match vs Oakland at 6:30). Entrance prices for playoffs are $1 more per person. Your entrance is good for both games.

Thursday will be our first official Advisory Schedule. Each student has been assigned to a teacher and you can find this information in Alma. Today your 3rd period teacher will also be giving you a slip with who your Advisory teacher is. You will be meeting with this teacher every few weeks to work through career, and college/future planning as well as health and wellness. Please note if you have home release in the morning- our morning schedule is shortened, and advisory occurs between 4th period and lunch.

Saturday, Oct 14th 8:30am-11:00am. Please join us at UCC for a solar eclipse viewing party! Only rain will cancel the event. Please see Mr. Aase if you would like a complementary pair of eclipse glasses.
Be at the centerline for the Annular Solar Eclipse. Umpqua Community College is the position in Roseburg that will see the eclipse for the maximum amount of time. Bring your lawn chairs and safety glasses or view safely on our digital screen and telescopes.
