We will begin after school workouts on October 19th and they will continue through mid December. Winter sports and Cheer will be going on Mondays, Fall sports will be going on Tuesdays, and Spring sports will be going on Thursdays. Workouts will be from 4:15 to 5:15. Please come dressed for the workouts as locker rooms will not be available.You will go through a health screening and then proceed to go through workouts. Students will be required to wear masks while working out. Must have sports physicals completed and turned in. All students need to bring their own water bottles and leave campus as soon as workouts end.
These are in no way required. We are simply trying to offer our students an opportunity to safely come out, interact with their peers, and start working themselves back into shape while also working on some sport specific skills. Our coaches are eager to see our kids and begin working with them. We miss them very much.
